Try looking beside the message box or in its menu for a +, paperclip, or image icon. On desktop, you can also try dragging the saved PNG into the message box.

If neither works, send me the labels or icons you see near the message box, and I’ll help you check. We can also work without an upload: describe the mascot’s appearance, and I can write meme captions and image-generation prompts based on your description.
